At La Bonne Auberge, we have a variety of positions currently available:
Hours of work can be variable, and can often be tailored to meet your needs. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, we also operate a ‘tronc system’ for service charge.
This is a system that is operated by our staff for the staff, and all gratuities left by our many happy customers are passed onto the team.
We have one of the best Training Programmes for our team in the city, which makes sure that all of our people are given the best possible training to help them in their duties.
We also actively encourage our staff to join a Modern Apprenticeship Scheme, which enables them to achieve internationally recognised qualifications.
